  INTEGRATION SPECIALIST

Are you ready for an integrator?

want to jump on a call?
A question I get a lot is "How do I know I'm ready to hire an integrator?"
My response is simple - do you feel like you're "doing it all" in your business? Does it feel unsustainable? Unscalable?
Let's put it this way:
If you were on a plane, and the Captain walked down the aisle to serve your coffee, you'd probably wonder "Who is flying this plane??"

If you're flying the plane, why are you serving the coffee?
You should be able to focus on flying the plane for your business, and hire the right people to serve the coffee for your customers, so you can focus on staying on the right trajectory and meeting your customers' needs in the ways only YOU can.

If you're like most "Do It All" Entrepreneurs, you get an idea that you KNOW could take your business to the next level, but you keep having to put it off because you just don't have to time to add one more thing to your plate.

You've already filled your schedule to the MAX doing everything from marketing, to client onboarding, delivering results, retaining clients, creating content, posting on social media, handling the finances, managing a VA, AND THEN SOME.

Sure, you're capable of doing it all - BUT AT WHAT COST?

What if it was possible to jump on a call, just once a week, with someone you trust, who asked "What is your biggest bottleneck this week?" And then did everything that needed to be done to solve that problem, and let you FOCUS on the areas that you know excel at?
Isn't that why you started your business in the first place?
To serve your clients with your unique superpower?

I'll give you an example.
Perhaps you're editing all your social media content because you know what you want and at first it was fastest for you to do it. Say it takes just 3 hours a week. BUT does it really? What about the fact that you have to find the motivation to SIT down and get in the HEADSPACE to write? Then to edit. Find a photo. Reformat. Schedule the post. Interact with the comments. Then you realize that it's not JUST the 3 hours per week (156 hours per year, BTW), it's costing you more than that. It's taking you away from what you could be doing if you used that time and energy to focus on your MAIN things and stay in your Zone of Genius. Together, we can work on a way to eliminate something like this from your plate with a plan and established process.

Listen, I know you probably know this.
But what you may not know is how easy it is pivot from the "Do it All" Entrepreneur to the "Do All the Right Things" Entrepreneur.
Now doesn't that sound better?

Don't take my word for it. Here's what Levi Kujala, CEO of Tony's Acoustic Challenge, says:

"When Summer joined our team in late 2019 in an operations and community director role, we were in a chaotic and ambiguous phase of our business. We were navigating the waters of building a team, creating processes, and trying to see what our true priorities were through all of the noise and confusion. Now the birds are chirping and the business has hit a zen level of success. I’m proud to say that Summer served a key role in getting us there and our investment in her has paid off many times over. She served under, me, the CEO as part of the leadership team to increase efficiency within the organization and create and maintain a fun, productive, and positive culture. Some things that stand out to me are her ability to work on her toes under pressure and quickly pivot when needed. She motivated action within the team with her strategic, kind, and empathetic coaching. Most of all, she never felt self-serving or ego-focused. She was always laser focused on the company mission. Summer is a highly trustworthy person who kept our mission above her own interests at all times."

Does that peak your interest?
LETS TALK!
Let me break it down for you.
I usually work with clients one-on-one for about 10 hours a week, for 3-6 months, jumping on a call for 60-120 minutes a week to identify and solve the various bottlenecks in their business. After 3-6 months, we can either continue working together weekly, or I can come in every quarter to help you stay focused on the main things in your business.

We start with a plan.
WHAT is your biggest pain point right now?
HOW are you spending most of your time or resources?
WHY are these things important?
HOW can we eliminate, automate, and delegate as much as possible?
WHO can take over these tasks or projects?
WHAT is the on-going process to keep this simple and done the right way every time?

Then I make it happen.

Then we move on to the next bottleneck.

And the process is repeated until you feel like your business is as simple and scalable as possible.

I'd love to do that for you.
